I just hope someone thinking about doing business with Topgolf out of San Jacinto, Ca. talks to me first. A first rate scam promoting their scam on Monster.com. Do not deal with this company, they do nothing but lie.

This company is a scam and a joke, product was junk and never worked. The owner Gary is a lieing fool, don't believe a word he says. I am trying to dispute the charges on my visa to try to end this nightmare. No customer support or service at all. He said he was coming to town to check on his worthless product twice, and never showed up. I even shipped them (from Indiana to California) back to him and refused them!! Even he does'nt want his own junk. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Both of these "gentlemen" ordered our product, The Ultimate Power Trainer! It is a vending device used at golf practice facilities. They both ordered one for a two week trial period. The trial period was to evaluate the product and the franchise opportunity of owning their own territory and placing the Power Trainers in that area. The object being, to place the Trainers that they purchase from us at the practice ranges in their territory and "split" the revenues they make with the range! Ergo the vending aspect.

After that "trial period" they both signed a contract with us and ordered additional trainers! Part of that contracts stipulations are that there are "no monetary or cash refunds once delivered"! We are a manufacturer and we build the Trainers based on the orders we receive!

We have almost 100 franchisee's and have had all but a few succeed! Unfortunately these two "gentlemen" did not! It should also be noted that both used a credit card when they placed the "after the trial period" orders. And as one already knows and the other is soon to find out, the credit card companies honor our signed contract!
