Don't be fooled by this con man Gary Wickman, their equipment doesn't work. They have none of their equipment in southern California, wouldn't you if it was so great? My credit card company came through for me after I proved to them they were braking the law in 15 states. They don't have 100 satisfied customers. Why don't they advertise anywhere else than Monster.com if their product is so good? How come they told me they were placed all over the state of Florida and when I called every golf training center in southern Florida none of them have ever heard of them? Like Brian said they do nothing but lie and we have the emails to prove it.

I forgot to mention, they say Incorporated but their not incorporated at all. The business is in Linda Durham's name only. Registered in July 2000 in Riverside county.

Another victim has come forward. They soon will post here. I will not stop until these fraud both Linda and Gary are shut down. My credit card did a chargeback on them. I proved that they broke Oregon stae law and Federal FTC law. I only hope that the fine of $11,000 per occurance is levied against them. I am sure they have changed their wording on their contracts by now. As a mastercard merchant theybroke state and federal law which is against their merchant agreement. Please feel free to contact Gary at Topgolf and ask him where these so called 100 franchisee's are then call every golf course in that area and see if you even find 1 machine. Ask him why there are NO machines in Southern California. Try to get a real person and not an answering machine. 1-909-487-1906

TopGolf is the proud manufacturer of one of the most unique products in Golf, The Ultimate Power Trainer. It is a vending machine that is used at Golf practice facilities. When used it tells the user (via two liquid crystal displays) their club head speed and swing tempo after each swing of the club.

As part of our business plan we offer Route Ownership/Franchise's in several locations across the United States. As with all entrepreneurial endeavors ours (TopGolfs Opportunity of a Lifetime) requires the ambition and drive to succeed. Along with hard work, proper business planning and the ability and endurance to grow a new business.

Unfortunately some people are not up to this! "Mr" Kellog is one of these people! He, like all route owners order one Power Trainer for a two week evaluation period. After this time they can either return the product for a full refund (minus s&h) or, sign a contract with us that guarantees their territory and order more Power Trainers to start to build their business. This is what "Mr" Kellog did! After receiving his order "Mr" Kellog ran into obstacles brought on by his own unprofessionalism. Consequently he tried to break his signed contract by claiming the Power Trainer does not work (along with other profanity filled accusations).

Apparently in the rough and tumble world of used car sales ("Mr" Kellog's profession) contracts and commitments mean nothing! Instead of raising himself up by the boot straps and starting over again (and hopefully learning from his past intellectual mistakes) he started a smear campaign against TopGolf and The Ultimate Power Trainer! A libelous campaign that will eventually cost him dearly!

His claims that the Power Trainer does not work are ludicrous! His assertions that we are not in compliance with the FTC is quite frankly, a lie! I think the best thing for anyone out there, that may be reading this do is call him and talk with him. We are confident that after just a moment or two you will see and hear what everyone who comes into contact with him sees and hears. His number is (503) 667-2689 or cell (503) 490-8236.

Now, with regard to our product and offering. DO NOT approach us if you lack commitment! DO NOT contact us if you're afraid of hard work! DO NOT think of Route Ownership if you give up on yourself easily!

DO CONTACT US if you're looking for the Golf Opportunity of a Lifetime!

Please do feel free to contact me. Like I said, there are now 3 of us that have been scammed, 1 in Indiana, 1 in Kansas City and myself. I was the first to declare war on this fraud. My machines didn't work and neither did anyone elses. they take your money and say no money back and you get NO GUARANTEE, nowhere do they say they warranty these machines. More will come and if anyone in the world had a machine of anykind that was $349.00 that could make you $6000 per year as they state, wouldn't you want everyone on the whole planet to know? Gary knows they don't work so why sell a bad product in southern California if it's no good? YOU DON"T. That's why they sell them out of state so no one shows up on their doorstep. It's as simple as that. It is just a matter of time before the California State Attorney Generals office shows up at Topgolfs door. I have done my part and I won't stop until their shut down and will assist any victim against this company. There were only 2 sites that could bring this kind of scam to light on the Internet, This one and one other. People need to be able to investigate. Gary come on up to Portland like you said you would. I'm still waiting.

Watch out for the new Topgolf who just changed their name to Ultimate Golf marketing the Power Master. The name of the con is Carl Vettes, alias Gary Wickman, alias John Hall now. Watch out. This company has ripped off many, look at the BBB in San Bernadino county and with the California state Attorney generals office under topgolf. These machines don't work and they are con artist. They will take you money. Feel free to email me at dave@carchex.com
